I can't believe that it is August already. Anyone else feeling the crunch?
August means that it is time to link up with Farley for another Currently!
What are you currently doing? Head on over to Farley's to share with us all!
August also means a few other things. The first one is this exciting giveaway that I am honored to be a part of. Click the picture below to enter for your chance to win one of SEVEN amazing prize packs!
The next exciting tidbit of information is the super-de-duper sale at TpT! Last year the sale was held later in August and I was a little sad because it was so close to school starting here in Minnesota. Teachers in other areas had already started school. This year it is happening earlier! Hooray for TpT listening to their customers and sellers! They are awesome!
So when is this big sale? NEXT WEEK! Yikes - I had better go fill up my cart. Oh wait, it is already pretty full. I better go add more to it!
If you don't want to wait for the sale, all of my items will be 20% from Sunday - Wednesday! If you add the discount code BTS14 on Monday and Tuesday you will get a total of 28% off!
I am also working on a HUGE bundle. I've been creating "In a Snap!" activities that you can simply print and use instantly in your classroom. I started last year in February as a request from a friend. I will be making one for every month. They aren't done yet, but I'm going to put my bundle on sale and will add to it every month until it is finished. Want to get in on the savings? Click on the image below. Add it to your cart now and enjoy an additional 28% off during the BTS sale!
And the last item of interest is this unbelievable Blogger/Teacher Bonanza taking place on August 20th. You can attend for only $10! And trust me... it will be soooo worth it! We have been getting tons of freebies and giveaways ready for everyone. It is going to be full of information, fun and new friends! Please come join us!
I guess I should probably change my "currently" listed above. I am now listening to my daughter breathe loudly as she snoozes on my shoulder. I am loving the snuggles. I am thinking that I should have put her on the potty chair before she fell asleep. And I am wanting to take a nap myself! But then nothing that I am needing to do would ever get done around here!
Have a fabulous day!
I enjoyed reading your Currently. I'm jealous you have a little longer than me till BTS, but I'm excited to read about your Kinder Kamp!

Ha ha my cart on TPT is jammed packed. I think I'm going to have to downsize cause no matter how big the sale is I'm spending way too much. Lol Thanks for reminding me of the sale.

Hey, mmm, fruit salad, that sounds delish! You can send some over this way! :) How did you get so lucky to go back to work later ... I remember though when I was in school that we would go back after Labor Day. Now that I teach at a Catholic school, we go back to school before Labor day. I guess that four day week eases them in slowly into the school weeks. It is a nice ease for the teachers as well. Not sure I could take a whole week of getting up early! I wish you the best of the new school year and enjoy the rest of your summer!

I, too, asked for a room fairy to set up my room. :) Wish she would show up! I totally get what you mean about accomplishing so much and so little at the same time. I have to keep reminding myself that I don't have to do it all right now. Good luck with BTS. I wish I had a couple more weeks, but oh well!
